We have partnered with two nationally recognized foundations to reduce education costs and make it easier for our members to stay current with their certifications.
NFI Certification
An easy way to earn CEU's is to retain your NFI certification. This can be done when it's convenient for you through Hearth Online.
In addition to Hearth Online, RMHPBA hosts at least one NFI Certification review and exam session annually. The two-day session provides review sessions for gas, wood and pellet certifications, and may include opportunities for extra training like marketing and sales.
Free! Hearth 101 Online Courses (Members Only!)
RMHPBA members can take online courses at no cost, at any time. Both of the courses are valuable resources for training new staff. This saves members $200 per employee! Once at the course login portal, use your email on file with HPBA as your username and then request a new password. After these steps you will be able to login and take the courses at no cost.

Education at the HPBExpo
The 2024 HPBExpo Education Program is developed by the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Education Foundation (HPBEF). More than 30 sessions designed to help industry professionals increase sales, improve business efficiency, and strengthen technical abilities.
