Meet the Staff

Larry Grogan
Executive Director
Staff for nine years 
Larry runs the administrative affairs and keeps the behind-the-scenes running smoothly for RMHPBA and its members. Since he sold his first fireplace in 1975, he has been involved in sales, purchasing, scheduling, managing, installs and the servicing of wood and gas fireplaces. In addition to helping lead RMHPBA, Larry was the Arizona Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association's Executive Director for the past 11 years and with the HPB Education Foundation for seven years as a board member and president for five years. He is also a NFI Master Hearth Professional. Being involved with HPBA and this industry for so long has made Larry really believe in these industries and the people in it. In his free time, he is a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder for his local Fire Department and enjoys spending time with his wife and children in the beautiful Montana landscape.

Kaitlin Gault
Communications Director
Staff for nine years
Kaitlin leads the digital services for RMHPBA including its website and social media. She is a Colorado-raised professional with Midwest roots who has a genuine passion for building relationships. She is known for her ability to lead through engagement, build relationships quicker than most and tackle challenges with enthusiasm. Her full-time experience includes local government, agency, beverage distribution, real estate, and financial industries. Beyond the office, you'll find her spending time with friends and family, listing to podcasts, opting outside, and enjoying all things home and garden, music, sports and travel.
