Meet the Staff

Larry Grogan
Executive Director
Staff for 12 years 
Larry runs the administrative affairs and keeps the behind-the-scenes running smoothly for RMHPBA and its members. Since he sold his first fireplace in 1975, he has been involved in sales, purchasing, scheduling, managing, installs and the servicing of wood and gas fireplaces. In addition to helping lead RMHPBA, Larry was the Arizona Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association's Executive Director for the past 11 years and with the HPB Education Foundation for seven years as a board member and president for five years. He is also a NFI Master Hearth Professional. Being involved with HPBA and this industry for so long has made Larry really believe in these industries and the people in it. In his free time, he is a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder for his local Fire Department and enjoys spending time with his wife and children in the beautiful Montana landscape.
